Formerly Mr. Young was Partner and Investment Committee member at L. Catterton’s Latin America Fund. He led the Investment Advisory efforts at McKinsey Investment Office, overseeing partners investment allocations, and was Former Chief Investment Officer of a billionaire’s family office. Mr. Young Co-founded a biotechnology company, attracting anchor investors including Warburg Pincus and the Harvard Endowment before taking the company public. Mr. Young graduated from Harvard Business School with an MBA and has obtained both his CPA and CFA qualifications.
